Ashland Police are investigating after a 14 year old was hit by a car on the way to school Thursday morning.
Police Chief David Marcelli said the girl dropped her cell phone as she began to cross the street and a vehicle turning left struck her at the intersection of Sloan Avenue and East Bank Street.
The girl sustained non- life threatening injuries. The incident happened around 7 am.
