An Ashland County Judge this week ruled that the health department doesn’t have the legal authority to enforce mask mandates, according to RichlandSource.com
The judge made the ruling in a case against an Ashland County restaurant, which had its license suspended last July after employees were seen not wearing masks. Cattleman’s Restaurant in Savannah re-opened 10 days later on July 25th.
