Virtual Groundbreaking Ritter’s Run Apartments

Ontario OH - The Ohio District 5 Area Agency on Aging, Inc. is pleased to announce the virtual groundbreaking of Ritters’ Run Apartments Tuesday March 23, 11 a.m. on the Agency’s Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/aaa5ohio
Ritter’s Run Apartments is designed for adults age 55 and older and will be located at 200 Ohio Street in Mansfield, OH. Twelve individual one and two-bedroom accessible apartments will offer affordable rents, which include utilities, off street parking, and is pet friendly.
Ritter’s Run is a unique partnership between the Richland County Land Bank, the City of Mansfield, Mechanics Bank and PRAXIA-Partners. The Area Agency on Aging is the developer/owner of the property. Residents of Ritter's Run will have access to supportive services connecting them to nutrition, health care, advocacy, and many other services that increase their quality of life.
