Richland County as a whole will receive roughly $50 million in COVID-19 relief from the American Rescue Plan.
RichlandSource.com reports, Richland County government will receive just over $23 million, the city of Mansfield $22 million, Shelby $1.8 million, Ontario $1.1 million and Lexington $900,000. The other villages in the county are set to receive some funding too, which exact amounts were not announced.
