Ohio Governor Mike DeWine was in Richland County yesterday, as he stopped for a visit with the Shelby Health Department. Mayor Steve Schag said around 100 people were vaccinated at the Shelby Senior Center on Tuesday, as also on hand to meet the Governor was Richland County Commissioners Cliff Mears and Darrell Banks.
This came after DeWine spent the early part of his day Tuesday in Cleveland at the opening of the Mass Vaccination site at Cleveland State University.
