Construction is set to get underway in April on a 3,000 square foot multi-purpose building at Freer Field in Ashland.
According to RichlandSource.com, the facility will be able to hold a capacity of 50 people for educational programs for the Park District, along with new office space, restrooms, outdoor pavilion and inside room. The dome on the top will feature a hot air balloon, as Ashland Balloonfest is held at Freer Field.
