The Mansfield, Richland County area ranked 7th in the country in 2020 for notable economic projects.
According to RichlandSource.com, the ranking from Site Selection Magazine is for areas with less than 200,000 people. Some of the big projects announced last year in the area include: The Charter Next Generation expansion at the former GM plant site in Ontario, along with the new hangar at the Lahm Airport.
