The city of Shelby is receiving a grant of nearly $3,000 to digitize more than 5,000 pages of city council minutes. According to RichlandSoure.com, the minutes are from 1863 to 1964 and will help with information about when Shelby was first established. The money comes from the Ohio History Fund.
