Lucas (18-7) is headed back to the Division IV District Title game for the 2nd straight year, after they defeated South Central (16-7) Tuesday, 34-26 in Willard. It was the 5th time this season that the Cubs held their opponent in the 20's and are only allowing around 40 points per game for the year. Ethan Sauder led the way for Lucas with 11 points and scored career point #1,000 in the 1st quarter. Ethan Wallace was clutch late in the 4th quarter, sinking 4 straight free throws to give Lucas the lead for good. The Cubs will now play Norwalk St. Paul Friday at 7 pm for the District Title.
