Mansfield City Council this week approved a tax incentive plan for a $12 million expansion of Edge Plastics.
RichlandSource.com reports, the 15 year property tax abatement will allow the company to create a near 35,000 square foot expansion project, which will create 43 new jobs over the next two years. The plan will see an additional $1.6 million in payroll added to the company on Newman St.
Edge Plastics was founded in Mansfield 46 years ago in 1975.
