Residents in Shelby are close to completing two phases to clean up a apart of the Black Fork River. According to RichlandSource.com, the work is from State Route 13 to State Street and then State to Mickey road .The total cost of the work for the projects is $367,000.
The group is planning to file a petition to the Richland and Crawford County Commissioners to maintain cleanup of the area.
