30 year old Ryan Stroup was charged with Aggravated murder in the death of 41 year old Tina Goad, according to RichlandSource.com
Bond on Friday was set at $5 million and a preliminary hearing is set for this Thursday, February 4th.
Goad's body was found last week on County road 1600, after Stroup was found in the Cleveland area and told detectives where the body was located.
