Mansfield City Council is set to meet Tuesday night to discuss legislation for the "West End Neighborhood plan, according to RichlandSource.com.
The 21 page plan by a company out of Columbus, includes improvements to sidewalks, roads, street lights and would take a look at traffic patterns. The West End Neighborhood plan involves the Marion Avenue and Park Ave West area to the west and north. South Main St to the east and then Glessner Ave to the south. Council will meet remotely at 7 pm.
