The Ashland County Health Department has parted ways with Health Commissioner Heather Reffet.
The news coming in a press release this week saying Monday the Health Board decided to part ways with Reffett.
Dr. David Tomchak will act as the interim Health Director and Medical Director.
RichlandSource.com reports no reason was given as to why the move was made, but the board mentioned they plan to hire a new Health Commissioner as soon as possible.
