Plymouth voters on Tuesday said no to a 5 year tax levy renewal for general expenses. Mayor Cassaundra Fryman told RichlandSource.com the levy makes up a substantial part of the villages budget and she doesn't know right know what it will mean for Plymouth. She said it's possible that council could vote to put the levy back on the ballot next spring.
