The National Weather Service says that the summer of 2020 will go down as one of the hottest summers on record for Northern Ohio. This past summer in Mansfield is tied for the warmest on record, tying a mark set 86 years ago back in 1934. The average temperature in Mansfield this past summer was 74 degrees, from June 1st through August 31st.
