A plan is in the works for 10 new townhomes to be built in Ontario on Ferguson road.
RichlandSource.com reports, Getz builders purchased the vacant lot this week and now needs approval from the city to complete the project.
The townhomes would be for sale or to rent. Getz hopes to get approval to start work later this year and have them ready by the spring.
Ontario Mayor Randy Hutchinson said that the new Five Guys restaurant is schedule to open on August 17th.
