A portion of Fourth St in Ashland is in the process of being converted into a two way street, which one lane of traffic in each direction.
RichlandSource.com reports the stretch of fourth will run from Cottage to Miller Street and will have parking spaces along the north side.
The project is part of Ashland's Targeted Action Plan, which is improving the area around the former Pump House Ministries property.
