The Mansfield City Council Public Affairs Committee is set to meet Tuesday to discuss declaring racism a public health crisis.
RichlandSource.com reports the meeting is set for 6:30 pm to talk about the resolution that was put in front of City Council last month.

Dr. Donna Height, professor at OSU-Mansfield, said it's about Richland County being the best it can for everyone.
