Officials in Ashland County are discussing plans for a possible 2nd wave of COVID-19.
RichlandSource.com reports, Mayor Matt Miller, County EMA Director Mark Rafeld and other community leaders have been involved in talks, if there was to be a 2nd wave and how they would prepare for it.
Rafeld cited communication between leaders in Ashland County, as crucial during the first wave and was attributed to Ashland's quick response in handling potential cases.
