The state of Ohio has handed out more than 30-million pieces of personal protective equipment since the COVID-19 pandemic began. The majority of the PPE has been distributed to emergency management agencies, who in turn handed them out locally. Governor DeWine says he's also looking at longer-term contracts to provide ventilators and N95 face masks.
