The trial for a Dayton man, accused of killing a Mansfield couple last year, has been set for this fall.
RichlandSource.com reports, the trial of 31 year old Larry Rodgers, is set for Oct 26th in Montgomery County.
Rodgers is being accused in the shooting deaths of Todd Burkhart, Kyla Hayton and their unborn fetus, last November.
Rodgers, who pled not guilty and had his bond set at $1 million dollars back in March, is currently in the Montgomery County Jail.
