Mansfield City Council is set to meet Tuesday night at 7 pm.
On the agenda, is the sale of just over 18 acres land on North Main Street, which was the site of the old Mansfield Foundry.
RichlandSource.com reports, a company from Holland Michigan is expected to purchase the property for $130,000. Chris Dirt Excavating, also has operations in Mansfield and is owned by a former resident of Mansfield, Christopher McAuley.
The company is expected to employee about 4 or 5 people and grow to up to 16 in the next few years.
