A Richland County judge this week order the reinstatement of a former Assistant Principal with the Mansfield City Schools, who was terminated 2 years ago.
RichlandSource.com reports, Fuzzie Davis was placed on paid administrative leave back in January of 2018 and later terminated, for failing to report a teacher, who made a sexually explicit comment to a student. Davis was found to have been wrongfully terminated by a referee last December and Davis’ lawyer argued that she did not witness the incident .
The ruling by judge Brent Robinson also orders the school district to make full restitution for past and future wages and benefits.
