Ohio nail salons, hair salons, barbershops and massage parlors can open on May 15th. Governor Mike DeWine says the state is following guidelines set up by his group of workers in the industry. People going to salons will be expected to wait in their cars for their appointment. Only those with appointments are allowed inside.
