Ohio's bars and restaurants can open to outside dining on May 15th and inside dining on May 21st. Ohio Governor Mike DeWine says a group of restaurant owners from across the state have recommended these facilities open following social distancing guidelines, not based on their overall capacity. Customers can be expected to be separated by barriers and possibly wait in their cars for their table. Buffets and salad bars will served to customers.
