Two groups are being formed to look at the safest way to reopen dine-in restaurants, barber shops and salons in Ohio. Governor DeWine says he's asked several state lawmakers to reach out to local business organizations to form each task force. He says he wants them to include both large-scale operations as well as single shop owners.
