Director of the Ohio Department of Health Dr. Amy Acton signed an order to help speed up the COVID-19 testing process. It requires hospitals that don't do their own testing to send swabs to healthcare facilities that do, or to state-run labs. Both Acton and Governor DeWine have expressed frustration with private labs that can several days to return results.
