IHEARTMEDIA ASHLAND/MANSFIELD LAUNCHES “#MANSFIELDTOGO” WEBSITE - FOR LOCAL RESTAURANTS DURING COVID-19 SHUTDOWN
“#MansfieldToGo” promoted on-air and through social media platforms
March 19th, 2020 (Mansfield, OH) – In response to Governor Mike DeWine order to close in-restaurant dining throughout the State of Ohio in order to slow the spread of COVID-19, iHeartMedia Ashland/Mansfield radio stations (WNCO-FM, WXXF-FM, WMAN-AM, WYHT-FM, WFXN-FM, WNCO-AM and WSWR-FM) have launched a new web-based resource to help local business owners. Starting today, “MansfieldToGo” is available from each station website with information on carry-out, delivery, and curbside options as well as links to purchase restaurant gift cards.
“During these very difficult times, we want all of our local businesses to know how much we care about them and their employees and how vitally important they are to the city and its residents,” said Chris Kelly, Vice President of Programming for iHeartMedia, Ashland/Mansfield. “With local restaurants forced to close their dining rooms to avoid spreading the Coronavirus, we wanted to show our support by offering information on alternative dining options. We're all in this together.”

#MansfieldToGo is available free of charge online and will be promoted across iHeartMedia Ashland/Mansfield stations both on-air and through its social media platforms. For local restaurants interested in participating in this program, they can email malloryclever@iheartmedia.com or tag any of the iHeartMedia Ashland/Mansfield stations on social media with the hashtag #MansfieldToGo.Restaurants need to provide us a link to their website menu, hours of operation, business number, facebook page names and if applicable, online ordering site and business logo.
