Ashland mayor Matt Miller has announced that a person in Ashland County has tested positive for COVID-19. Miller made the statement during a press conference on Wednesday and said the person has followed all the proper protocols after being diagnosed with the coronavirus. This is the first person in the area to test positive for COVID-19.
