A property on Claremont Ave in Ashland has sold for more than $700,000. RichlandSource.com reports the building that houses the Dollar General and Flour Barrel at 1289 Claremont Ave was sold for $705,000 by RJCJ Investments LLC. It was one of more than 20 property transfers in Ashland during the month of February.
