St. Rt. 13 in the city of Mansfield is scheduled to be repaved by ODOT next summer. Council President Cliff Mears told WMAN, this will not cost the city of Mansfield any money, as it's covered by the state. The portion to be resurfaced will run from Hanley road to just south of Raleigh Street.
