The Mansfield Division of Police was notified in early January of a criminal complaint concerning possible improper behavior involving a substitute teacher and a student. During the course of the subsequent investigation, the complaint was found to involve a substitute teacher in the Lexington School District, later identified as Erin Underwood (W/F/43). The investigation led to charges of “Disseminating Matter Harmful to Juveniles” to be filed with the Richland County Prosecutors Office on Friday January 24th, 2020.
