A man, who was a former art teacher at Hillsdale Middle School and High School, has been charged with five counts of voyeurism. Richlandsource.com reports that, Robert E. Altenburger, was charged Wednesday in Ashland Municipal Court. Superintendent Steve Dickerson said in a statement the situation concerning Altenburger was brought to the administration's attention on Saturday, August 31. During the course of the investigation, Mr. Altenburger was on paid leave until he resigned his position on September 10th.
