Four people with Mansfield connections are on the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force Most Wanted fugitives list in the Richland County division for the week of September 16th.

Stephanie Oakley, age 30, is wanted for escape.
Bonnie M. Tittle, age 28, is sought for a bond revocation on possession of cocaine.
Jeffery McIntyre, age 58, is wanted for possession of cocaine.
Mano James, 35, is wanted for tampering with evidence.
