Ashland, Delaware, Holmes, Knox, Licking, Morrow, and Richland Counties now have access to Economic Injury Disaster Loans from the U.S. Small Business Administration. SBA Field Operations Center East director Kem Fleming told RichlandSource.com the loans complement a similar declaration issued by the Secretary of Agriculture after this year's floods. Applications may be made at disasterloan.sba.gov before April 29, 2020.
