A Lucas woman suffered serious injuries from a a one-car crash on Ohio 39, just south of Township Road 2606 in Ashland County, Sunday night around 11:55 p.m. Richlandsource.com is reporting that 25-year-old Leighanne Marie Waldo-Grumney was driving a 2009 Toyota Corolla south on Ohio 39, failed to negotiate a curve in the road, went off the left side of the road, struck an embankment, and rolled over before coming to a final rest in the road. Waldo-Grumney received serious, but not life threatening, injuries as a result of the crash. She was wearing her seatbelt at the time of the crash.
