A long-time Mansfield area physician has been indicted drug charges. According to richlandsource.com Dr. Gary Frantz,, and Christopher Fulk, both of Mansfield, are charged with conspiracy to distribute controlled substances, distribution of controlled substances, distribution of oxycodone and hydrocodone, and other charges. Frantz allegedly distributed multiple prescriptions for large quantities of high doses of oxycodone pills, including OxyContin pills to “patients” each month, as well as prescriptions for fentanyl. Fulk was one of Dr. Frantz's patients and allegedly received tens of thousands of oxycodone pills from Frantz.
