A suspect, Khiren Willis, in the Felonious Assault/Shooting incident that took place on Brinkerhoff Avenue on June 24th, turned himself into authorities on July 16th. Mr. Willis was booked into the Richland County Jail and served two warrants, one being a felony “Felonious Assault” warrant in reference to the shooting incident that sent two victims to the hospital. Mr. Willis was incarcerated and held pending a court appearance and a posting of bond.No additional information about the shooting or a possible motive is being released at this time as the investigation remains ongoing.
