A former Ashland County Sheriff's Captain has been sentenced to one year probation for a solicitation charge. RichlandSource.com reports Terry Hamilton, who spent over 35 years with the department and retired back in 2017, was arrested this past December. Hamilton must also serve 200 hours of community service.
