Mansfield Police Patrolman Freeman Nixon has been terminated by the department. Mansfield Law Director Jon Spon says Nixon violated department regulations and because it's still under investigation, Spon can't release all of the details of the termination. RichlandSource.com reports Nixon is expected to file a grievance and have an arbitration hearing.
