The Ashland Police Department has promoted officer, Aaron Kline, to the rank of sergeant. Kline has spent the last 12 years with the Ashland PD and has received the Dedication to Service Medal.Recent retirements now has the Ashland Police department with a staff of 26. Chief David Marcelli told WMAN News that he is authorized to have 32 officers and their hiring process is ongoing.
