An Ashland County utility worker was life flighted to an Akron hospital, after being struck by a vehicle on Tuesday morning.
RichlandSource.com reports the accident happen on County road 40 in Sullivan Township. The worker, who was wearing a yellow safety vest, was working as a flagger as crews worked on power lines. The worker, who has not been identified, has serious injuries and the road was closed for roughly two and a half hours.
