Domestic Relations Court Magistrate Steve McKinley has been chosen to replace Richland County Juvenile Court Judge Ron Spon, who is retiring at the end of March. RichlandSource.com reports Ohio Governor Mike DeWine on Wednesday appointed McKinley, who was actually hired by Spon out of law school back in 1998. McKinley, who is from Ada, Ohio and now lives in Bellville, said it was a thrill to receive the call from the governor.
