An Ashland man, who was shot by police after he allegedly attacked his mother with a deadly weapon, had his bond set at $10,000. 23 year old Scott Dye was charged with felonious assault and domestic violence this week, following the incident on March 16th in Ashland.
RichlandSource.com reports that Dye is due back in court on Wednesday.
