Ruth Lindsey has been named the Hospice of North Central Ohio Volunteer of the Year for 2018. Bill Kahl, executive director of Hospice, told RichlandSource.com, “Hospice of North Central Ohio would not be in existence if it weren’t for Ruth Lindsey”. Back in 1988, Lindsey founded the organization and became its first executive director. Lindsey retired back in 2009, but still remains involved in many events with Hospice.
