On November 5, 2018 at 8:59 PM The Crawford County Sheriff’s Office was called in regards to an unresponsive female at McGlone’s Hotel located at 3853 Lincoln Highway Bucyrus, Ohio. Members of the Whetstone Volunteer Fire Department, Portsmouth Ambulance Service and Deputies from the Crawford County Sheriff’s Office responded to the hotel. Upon Deputies arrival they discovered thirty nine year old Casandra L. Emch from Port Clinton, Ohio unresponsive. Narcan and emergency medical attention was given and Emch was transported to the Bucyrus Community Hospital where she succumbed from an overdose. The Crawford County Sheriff’s Office is investigating this incident.
