The co-creator of Brutus Buckeye will be in Mansfield, Friday, Oct 12 for a luncheon (12 pm) at Ohio State Mansfield. Sally Lanyon, who is the co-creator of Brutus, along with Ray Bourhis, authored the Autobiography of Brutus Buckeye, which is the story of Ohio State University's beloved mascot, from his birth in 1965 on a sorority house lawn as a gigantic, papier-mâché head, to who he is today. Sally Lanyon is a Ohio State alum and a graduate of Mansfield Senior.
