The Richland County Emergency Management Agency will host two workshops on Wednesday, September 12th, to discuss the local county Hazard Mitigation Plan. EMA Director Mike Bailey says this is a meeting to gather information to possibly alleviate flooding in prone areas or a possible disaster. The workshops will be held at 3 pm and 6 pm, inside the Peoples Community Room, at 597 Park Ave East in Mansfield.
