Due to the retirement of Common Pleas Judge James DeWeese effective as of September 1st, the Richland County Democratic Central Committee will meet on Tuesday September 4th to place a candidate on the November 6th ballot. The candidate on the ballot will fill the unexpired term ending in 2021. This meeting will take place at 5:30 P.M. at the K.E. McCartney Building, 16 S. Park Street in Mansfield.
